Warranty

At Selkirk, we stand behind the products we sell.  If you are having issues with something you bought from us, please reach out by phone or email, or bring the product into the store.  Our staff will assess the item, and if we believe that it qualifies as a warranty, we will submit a claim on your behalf.

Shipping and handling charges may be required to process a warranty claim.  In addition, if the product was not originally purchased from us, a $25 processing fee will apply.

If your claim is accepted, you will receive either a new product, a repaired product or a store credit.  The product you recieve may not be identical to the product you purchased but will serve the same function.  This is a decision made by the manufacturer when they approve the claim, based on their current product availability. 

Turnaround times vary between brands and are unfortunately out of our control.  Expect 2 weeks minimum from the date your claim is submitted.  We will contact you when your warranty has been processed, there is no need to follow up.
