Timber’s Edge Declaration of Restrictions – Section 11.2

No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon the properties (excepting any original construction or development by the Declarant) nor shall any exterior additions to or change or alteration therein be made including reconstruction after a casualty loss, (except by Declarant) until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location of the same and/or any other proposed form of change including, without limitation, any other information specified by Declarant shall have been submitted to, and approved in writing as to harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography and conformity with the design concept for the subdivision by the Declarant.

Timber’s Edge Declaration of Restrictions – Section 11.9

All exterior basement foundations and walls which are exposed in excess of twelve inches (12") above final grade level shall be painted the same color as the house, or covered with siding compatible with the structure unless Declarant otherwise consents in writing.

HOMEOWNERS: By signing below you are indicating that you understand you must wait for receipt of your written approval of this application before beginning the foregoing alteration(s) and that approval of such alteration(s) by the Architectural Review Committee does not release you from your obligations to ensure that such alteration(s) is (are) in compliance with the applicable Building and Zoning ordinances for the City/County in which the above referenced Lot is located and all other applicable laws. Further, Owners have no expectation of privacy with regard to Applications, Plans and/or other supporting material, as ARC meetings are open to all Members.

All applications must be submitted to the Association by mail and/or email. Applications are reviewed once submitted. Please plan to allow adequate time to receive a response. Our Declarations allow us up to 60 days to approve or disapprove an application. If you have any questions while your application is pending review, email arc@timbersedge.org.
