• Condition of Equipment: The rental equipment has been received in good condition and must be returned in the same condition, with ordinary wear accepted.
• Right to Repossession: Cannon Inflatable Rentals reserves the right to enter the premises at any time to repossess the equipment.
• Reimbursement of Fees: You agree to reimburse Cannon Inflatable Rentals for all attorney fees, not less than 50% of all sums due, plus court costs and expenses incurred by the rental company in enforcing collection or preserving or enforcing rights under this contract.
• Prohibition on Transfer: You agree not to loan, sublet, or otherwise dispose of the equipment or use it at any other location.
• Replacement Costs: You agree to pay the full replacement cost, including labor, for any damages to the rental equipment.
• Loss or Damage: If the rental equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you agree to pay up to $3,000.00.
• User Responsibility: Ensure that all users and their guardians read and understand all rules provided.
• No Warranties: THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
• Liability and Risks: You understand and acknowledge the risks involved in using party rental devices, including physical injuries, emotional injuries, and damage or death. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cannon Inflatable Rentals from any claims, actions, suits, or damages arising in connection with the use of the equipment.
• Release of Liability: Cannon Inflatable Rentals cannot be held liable for injuries due to inappropriate use, acts of nature, or other conditions beyond its control.
• Equipment Loss or Damage: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cannon Inflatable Rentals from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the lease term and any extensions thereof.

Inflatable Rentals

To ensure safety and avoid damage, please adhere to the following rules:

1. No food, drink, or chewing gum on or around the inflatable.
2. Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges before use.
3. Avoid using face paints, balloons, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string near the inflatable.
4. Limit one rider at the top of the waterslide and six per bounce house combo unit.
5. Inform us of underground utility lines before setup.
6. Do not climb, hang, or sit on walls.
7. An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
8. Do not overcrowd the inflatable; separate users by age and size.
9. Prevent pushing, colliding, or aggressive behavior.
10. No pets, toys, or sharp objects allowed.
11. Do not bounce on the front safety step.
12. Stay off the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
13. Ensure appropriate clothing and empty pockets.
14. If the blower stops, calmly evacuate users and check for obstructions.
15. Most importantly, never allow children to play on the inflatable without adult supervision.

Dunk Tank

To ensure safety and avoid damage, please adhere to the following rules:

1. An adult operator must be present at all times.
2. Drain water from the tank when unattended.
3. Establish a "danger zone" around the tank to keep bystanders safe.
4. Keep the dunk tank away from electrical sources.
5. Maintain water level at least 8" from the top.
6. Only one person should be on the seat or in the tank at a time.
7. Restrict access to non-swimmers, those under 5', or over 250 pounds.
8. Individuals with medical conditions should avoid the tank.
9. Dunkees must wear rubber-soled shoes.
10. Ensure the seat is securely locked before each use.
11. Use handles to exit the tank but do not hold them when being dunked.
12. Move towards the front of the tank when surfacing.
13. Use only balls provided by Cannon Inflatable Rentals.
14. Do not stand or kneel on the seat.
15. Keep hands on knees and sit forward when being dunked.
16. Avoid hitting the target with hands.
17. Do not operate during a storm.
