EIMM - COVID, Payment, Cancelation, and Late Arrival Policies & Info

PAYMENT INFO

For individual sessions, your payment is due at the time of service at the end of your session.  If you are a membership client or using massage packages, your practitioner will communicate charges for these services with you.  Membership clients should also read and sign the Membership Agreement Document, which outlines payments. We accept credit and debit card payments and also use Square for payments and invoicing.  We cannot refund you for services already completed or for unused membership or packages sessions.

CANCELATION / RESCHEDULING AGREEMENT

We know that you have a busy schedule and that last-minute conflicts come up.  Please help us to provide the best service for you and our other clients by honoring our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Client cancelations within 24 hours of a session and no-shows will result in a full-service charge or voiding of gift certificates. If you are late you will receive the amount of time remaining in your scheduled appointment including intake time.

If we should cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the client will, of course, not incur a charge. If we are running late the client will receive their full scheduled time.

COVID PROTOCOL AGREEMENT

During seasons where there are higher rates of respiratory infections (including COVID), we ask that clients wear masks during sessions, which we will also do.  This will also be true if there is a rise in COVID cases in our area at any time of the year.  This is for the protection of all our clients as well as ourselves.  You are welcome to request masked sessions at any time.  DENVER LOCATION -- To minimize client passing, upon arrival at your session, please text your practitioner to let them know you've arrived.  They will text you back when they are ready for you to come in.

COVID-related rescheduling:

Clients who discover they are COVID-positive or have been exposed to an infected individual and have a scheduled session within 10 days should reschedule their in-person massage appointment for 10 days after they have ceased having symptoms and have had two, concurrent negative covid tests.  Rescheduling, for this reason, will not incur charges.  We understand that the turnaround on this information can sometimes be very short. Please, contact your practitioner via phone, text, or email under these circumstances.
