Membership is the most efficient, economical, and hassle-free way to experience regular massage. Membership clients have priority booking and, if they choose, may have their practitioner schedule there sessions in the booking app (as long as they are a consistently agreed upon day and time that repeats monthly). Some choose to do the same day monthly or weekly. Some choose to book those more randomly on their own. We book membership clients into the schedule before new clients or clients who book sporadically. When booked as a consistent day and time by the practitioner, these sessions are held ongoing for you and you don't have to worry about your favorite appointment slot being taken or full. In exchange for these benefits, membership clients receive a discounted rate on sessions and gift certificates.
Membership clients do 2 or 4 sessions per month. Your practitioner will take and hold your debit card or bank card info and run that card for the set monthly amount on or just after 1st or the 15th of each month (usually within 3 days). Memberships are for a minimum of 3 months and we ask clients to give a one-month advanced notice of cancelation. For example, if you want to cancel a membership and move to single sessions or packages, you'll need to let your practitioner know by the previous month, 1st or 15th, depending on what your charges date is.
Membership sessions can only be canceled under extreme circumstances but they can always be rescheduled. (We do apply keep the same 24-hour cancelation policy to membership for their rescheduled so you do need to reschedule that session 24 hours prior to your session time.) If you are ill or encounter an emergency, please contact us immediately to reschedule. Membership sessions don't roll over to the following month if a client can't make a regular session. We try to reschedule those during the month instead (or the client can use the online Appointy booking page to move it themselves). If a session reschedule cannot happen within that same month, we will schedule it in the following month. If you do not attend a rescheduled session in that existing month or the following month, that session and the cost charged for it will be forfeited.
We also offer the membership option to couples or roommates who'd like to split memberships and split the monthly payment.
If your practitioner has not already obtained your payment information for membership, they will get it from you at your next session. Signing below signifies you understand agree to the info above.
