We try to place our puppies with the best suitable families, and match both puppy's and family's needs, therefore puppy picking is done when puppies are 6-7 weeks old after they have been temperament tested. For puppy picking, choice of puppy will be in the order in which deposit was received.

I (the Buyer) understand that the $500 deposit (reservation fee) is non refundable. Deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the buyer to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy. If at any time we (the Seller) could not provide a puppy for you from this litter due to unforseen cicumstances such as; (health of puppy, quantity of litter, preferred sex not available) your deposit will be applied to the next upcoming litter.
