Consignment declaration

Morrow's Marine and More Consignment Fees:

Listing/Admin Fee - $199 per listing Our listing/Admin fee includes quality photographs with our watermark and in-depth descriptions. We promote on various platforms, including our website, Facebook marketplace, Kijiji, and others. Your unit will be listed with a Bi-weekly payment amount as many of our deals are financed. All photos and descriptions are imported online to each advertising platform listed above as well as our internal inventory lists. We sit at a prime location for viewing.

Inspection Fees: -

The following charges apply to unit inspections. Inspections are carried out by our service department to ensure our customers are receiving a satisfactory product:RV/Camper inspection - $199                    Boat Inspection - $144Automotive inspection - $144       Powersport Inspection: $144

Cleaning - $99

Your vehicle should arrive clean.  If your vehicle is not clean, buyers typically assume the vehicle has not been cared for or maintained. If your vehicle arrives unclean, there will be a cleaning fee of $99

Fueling - $All consigned units that require Fuel should arrive with a full gas tank.  No vehicle should sit without a full tank of gas. In addition, a full tank of gas is necessary to allow buyers to test drive or to hear the engine run. If this happens on multiple occasions and Morrow’s Marine is required to put fuel in the unit, we will save the receipt for you to pay.

Consignment Sales Fee - 15 % of sale price Morrow’s Marine and More charges a 15 % consignment fee on the final sale price. Processing of payments can take some time. Typically, cheques will be made to the buyer within a 30-day period. All monies will be held in trust under Morrow’s Marine and More holding account.

Storage - $35 per month

The first month is free! After which, the owner must pay a storage fee of $35 per month.

If the sales agreement is not met

If a sales agreement is not reached after one year or the owner wishes to remove their unit earlier from our lot after this agreement has been signed, the owner will be responsible to pay all applicable charges above before terminating the agreement.

Terms & Conditions

A. Consignor hereby agrees to consign the above-described vehicle on the terms stated herein ( minimum 90 days).

B. Payment of net proceeds of a sold unit will be made 30 days from the date of the Sale

C. Any and all repairs, advertising, cleaning, or reconditioning costs incurred by Morrow’s Marine and More will be the responsibility of the consignor, payment for the same shall be made in full either by deduction from the price agreed to below or in the event of a "no sale", payment is to be made in cash prior to taking possession of the consigned vehicle.

D. The consignor will assume full responsibility for having the necessary insurance coverage ( fire/theft/comprehensive) against loss or damage however caused during the consignment period while the vehicle is in possession of Morrow’s Marine Marine.

Please note; consigned vehicles are not covered by Morrow’s Marine Insurance. 

BY CHECKING THE BOX IMMEDIATELY ABOVE, I (seller) instruct Morrow's Marine and More to sell the unit described herein and indemnify and save harmless the business against all losses and damages sustained at the Morrow's Marine and More including theft of items or the unit itself. Units are left at the owner's risk. I hereby state that all the above information is true and that I am the sole owner of the above-mentioned vehicle. I acknowledge the release of all interests, liens, and encumbrances in the above unit.
