I have read ALL the policies and procedures. To ensure a successful tutoring session I will submit PDF or documentation of the questions and/or topics I need help with AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

I understand that my failure to submit topics will forfeit a refund and a free reschedule.

I understand that the service provider reserves the right to refuse service.

I understand, that if I am running 8 minutes late or more to my session, I will have to reschedule or cancel my session.

I understand I only get on free reschedule per student per school year.

I understand the work submitted for the Tutor Express service can undoubtedly be defined as work that is permitted for assistance.

I understand, after my free reschedule I will pay full price to book a new session.

I understand that if I purchase a package subscription, I will be charged monthly until I cancel my subscription.

I understand that if I am the parent booking on my child’s behalf, I have also read the policies and procedures and understand my responsibility as their guardian to ensure my child’s session is successful.

I will communicate with my parent/student to ensure common knowledge about session details.
