Colour Boost procedures: I understand this is an annual Colour boost treatment and usually only is necessary for 1 procedure, although it could require a further re touch at the cost of £125.00 (this can be due to not enough pigment remaining from previous treatment). This will be discussed with you before agreement to proceed with colour boost procedure.

I am happy for any images taken of my treatment (before and after) to be used for promotion and advertising of Kailana beauty and permanent make up clinic. These images may posted on social media and website use. I understand identity will be kept as discrete as possible (no full faces will be posted).

I understand and agree to follow aftercare as instructed. Failing to do so could interfere with healing and effectively compromise the final result of treatment. I understand I will be charged for any additional re-touches.

For a new set of brows (no previous pigment remaining) in rare circumstances a 3rd re touch could be required. This is down to the discretion of the artist. This will be a £50 added cost (to cover needle expense etc.)

I agree to the colour choice of pigment will be discussed with myself and the artist. I will agree I am happy with final shape decided for full procedure/colour boost

I have declared any medication or health information on the Nouveau Contour is current and I am happy to go ahead with the procedure knowing all information and side effects. I give consent and I am happy for my treatment to be carried out and have discussed any concerns with artist before the procedure.
