NOTE: Unless stated by the Bridal Party, drinks are open to full choice from the bar and will be charged to the tab. 

Lavalla is a fully licensed venue and subject to liquor licensing laws. We reserve the right to refuse service at OUR discretion to any or all guests if we feel there is a breach or potential breach of our license, this includes intimidation, poor or rude behaviour towards other guests or our staff. In the event that this occurs no refunds will be given. guest BYO is NOT permitted and if not complied with, guests may result in being asked to leave.

NOTE:  Please note that the bar tab MUST be settled on the night of the wedding.

To ensure guest comfort & time managment, we highly recommend the order: Cake cutting, serve dinner, speeches then dessert

To comply with our site consent, music must be OFF at 12am sharp, so last songs need to be before 12am. Outdoor music (Marquee or garden) need to be Off by no later than 10pm SHARP.

Dietary Requirements

A Full list of dietry requirements is required.

Lavalla requires the client to advise of any dietry requirements no less than 28 hours before the event. Detailed information regarding allergies is required, i.e: Peanut allergy, anaphalactic, no nuts in prep area. For extreme allergies Lavalla reserves the right to decline the guest if we are unsure we can cater to them safely. In the unlikley event that we decline a guest, we are happy to negotiate a byo food option. 

Lavalla will cater up to 5% of guest numbers having special dietry requirements free of charge. 

NOTE: The room comes standard with A fairy lite roof, Bridal table backdrop & Lighting, Dance floor, DJ backdrop and lighting.

Additional Decoration & Centre peices need to be arranged - you may want to use multipurpose floral arrangments at the ceremony site so you are able to also use them for the reception after the ceremony

NOTE: Please note that room 4 is the only room with disability bathroom access.

In order to ensure the accommodation spaces are exclusive to you and your event, we require booking and payment in advance, We understand that it may be more viable for your guests to pay for their own accommodations but we ask this is arranged between you and them after payment has been made.

Accommodation is subject to availablity at the time of booking, bridal party prep only available if the full lodge is booked the night before for the comfort of non wedding guests, bridal prep is NOT PERMITTED in the lodge if not booked exclusivley.

*Exclusive use* of the lodge means rooms will be left with keys in the doors and names of guests on the door to allow for a relaxed friendly feel.

Declaration:

I/We understand that this information is as agreed at the final consult. I/We understand that lavalla & their team will work to achve the plans above. I/We also understand that the comfort of ALL guests is the primary concern of lavalla's team and that circumstances on the day may require the lavalla team to make changes to ensure guests are suitably cared for. Lavalla does not accept culpability for the adverse effects of weather poor, or illegal guest behaviour or changed made for the benefit of the guests, or changes made by the client that effect the event, where they are not advised in writing to lavalla.

Most importantly please know we always have your best intrests at heart and understand the significance of the occasion, please help us by communicating clearly any changes that happen throughout the planning or the  day, we cant help if we dont know.
