Puppy Raiser Application

Precision Service Dog Foundation is accepting volunteers to help us provide service dogs to individuals with disabilities through our puppy raising program. Precision service dog puppies need foster homes to give focused attention to our future service dogs by providing love, care, training, and social exposure during their 1st year of life. All puppies are purpose-bred Labrador Retrievers selected for their exceptional qualities. Most puppies are placed with their raiser between 8-16 weeks of age and will remain with them through 1 year of age. Boarding is provided as needed if there is a vacation or time the puppy cannot accompany their raiser. Vaccines, food, and other costs are provided unless the raiser would like to help with these costs. These puppies are encouraged to play and enjoy their puppyhood, and training obedience skills necessary for every pup. Training instruction is provided. Please have a parent or guardian fill out the application if you are under 18 years old.
