Our regular hours package is for parties that are going to take place during our normal hours of operation. This package will include a t-shirt for the birthday child, treat cup to feed the animals, the use of our party room, tables, and chairs along with the other normal commodities of Windy Willow. Parties include 12 people or up to 20 people with the additional guests receiving $5 off their admission price. Tapeable decoration allowed. Use of the party room is permitted for up to 2 hours with this package. You’re invited to bring your own food and drink.

The private party package is for guests who would like to have their party when Windy Willow is otherwise closed. This package will include a t-shirt for the birthday child, treat cup to feed the animals, the use of the party room, tables, chairs, pavilion, play areas, and animal viewing. Animals and activities open can vary. Tapeable decoration allowed. You’re invited to bring your own food and drink. Time limit and allowed number of guests are the same as the regular hours package.

Private parties can pay additional fees for the following options:

Hay Ride ($100): Enjoy a hay ride to better view the farm and make more memories!

Extra Hour ($50): Pay an extra $50 for each additional hour after the first two hours. Up to 4 hours total permitted.

Bonfire Patio ($100): Enjoy a fire and the view on our outdoor patio! S’mores kit included! Refundable if weather does not permit a fire.

Catering: Windy Willow offers several catering options that vary on cost. Options and prices to be discussed.

In order to fully reserve your birthday party time/date we do require a minimum of 50% down two weeks in advanced to your party date, with the remainder due the day of the party.
