As a Certified Yoga Health Coach, Chrissie commits to the following:
● She will hold you accountable to the vision, objectives, and commitments you set for yourself.
● She will help you anticipate and overcome obstacles that threaten to sabotage your goal.
● She is invested in your success.
● When something isn’t working, she will take the time to troubleshoot with you.
● She will provide you with information, worksheets and recipes based on Ayurveda, Meditation, Breath-work, Mindset training, and Yoga to support you in reaching your objectives.
● She will create a safe space for you to show up as you are.
● She will create a dynamic space where you can receive support to grow, change, and transform your wellness in line with your vision.
● She will make sure that the group stays on track to our collective goals in learning, practicing, and adopting every aspect of The Yoga Health Club series and all of the various lifestyle habits. This includes:
- Journey To The Self
- The Yoga Health Club
- Chakra Exploration and Journey
- Shadow Work
- Evolving Your Rituals
- Intermittent Fasting
- Meditation
- Personal Training
- Nutritional Guidance

As a member of our group, you wholeheartedly commit to:
● Be "All In" for each course which includes all 3 week, 6 week, 12 week and year long studies. You will be making an effort to: show for live calls, book your coaching sessions, and participate in our Wix Groups and Forums.
● Learning the process and engaging in the weekly lessons.
● Understanding that transformation doesn't take place with only knowledge, but is a choice rooted in consistent action.
● Showing up authentically, as you are, with a willingness to evolve your identity along with your health.
● Maintaining a safe space for yourself and your co-members to learn, grow, and engage in healthier habits for body, mind and spirit.
● Being responsible for communicating with Chrissie any significant changes that would affect how you show up during the 3 week, 6 week, 12 week or year long course.
