Return Notification

All returns are subject to the trial/returns policy. All returns must be posted and this form submitted within 7 days of receiving. (If you received on a Monday, it should be back in the post the following Monday, received Tuesday, back in the post Tuesday etc) If 7 days has passed, the item is no longer able to be returned. Items that are returned after 7 days will be given the option to consign only.

Enter either the tracking number or a photo of the lodgement receipt.

Refund

If the original payment method was direct deposit/bank transfer we will need your bank details to process your refund. Enter details below.

If payment was via card (debit/visa/mastercard) you do not need to give us the details. 

When the form is successfully submited you will see a success message and receive an email confirmation (check your junk mail). If you do not see an email, check the email used is correct and try again.

You can track your return parcels progress by checking the Australia Post website & entering your return tracking details. If your parcel shows awaiting collection, no need to advise us, parcels are collected daily. 

 

Refunds are processed within 2 days & may take a few more days to show in your account, (depending on the original payment method)
