The terms of your signed membership agreement are as follows:
CHANGE OF MEMBERSHIP POLICY
● Memberships can be frozen for a fee of $10 per month for up to 3 months per calendar year within written notice.
● 3 Business days notice is required to freeze an account.
● Freeze fees will not be accepted as the last month of dues.
● A 30 day written notice prior to the billing cycle will be required to cancel all existing memberships.
● Refunds will not be given for partial, expired or unused dues or private training packages.
● The last month's dues will be automatically drafted at the time notice is provided, although membership privileges will be provided for the entire duration of the paid amount.
