Bonsai Karate statement

We will run classes in a manner that controls the risk of injury

We will hold current insurance for all students

We will ensure all instructors have working with children blue cards & are trained in 1st Aid

Student agreement - MUST TICK ALL BOXES

I agree to training and behaving in a manner that will not cause injury to myself or others

I agree that during sparring I will only use karate techniques that are approved by Bonsai Karate

I agree that I will not use karate to start fights or be agressive, only in the case of self defence

I understand the potential risk of injury and do not hold Bonsai Karate liable

I agree that I will not enter any Bonsai Karate facility under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Parents agreement

I will sit quietly and watch the classes or wait outside.

I will not "help" my child during the class unless asked by the instructor

I understand there is a minor risk of injury
