Once we have confirmed the photos and serial number we will email you to let you know your device as been accepted into our consignment program.
Here is a brief outline of the steps that will take place:
1. We will quote you our purchasing price and if you agree you send us your device for testing. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
2. We will test your device to be sure it is in good working order.
3. If your device passes the test your device will go into our consignment stock to be used in the order in which it was received.
4. You will be paid the agreed-upon purchasing price as soon as your device has been sold and has shipped to the new owner.
5. You may request your device back at any time. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
6. If your device does not pass the test we will ship the device back to you or give you the opportunity to look into having it repaired. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
It is important to note that we make no guarantees about how quickly your device will sell. We will store your tested and cleaned device in our fully insured facility until it is sold. You retain full ownership of your device and can cancel this agreement and request to have your device shipped back to you at any time. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once your device is sold you typically get paid within 8 weeks via check by mail. Please be sure to double-check the mailing address you have specified on this form as this is the address we will use to mail your check to. Why so long to get paid? It takes us several weeks to get a new device package ready for shipping to the new owner. We do not pay you until the device package has been shipped to the new owner since the new owner could easily cancel their order anytime between the time they placed the order and the time we ship their order. So once the device has shipped to the new owner we notify the accounting department and they cut the check and mail it to you on the next Accounts Payable cycle.
