Please complete this form if you are looking to obtain a quote for either a ONE-TIME CLEANING or seeking to start a RECURRING service. Thank you for considering us for your upcoming initial deep cleaning! We always start the recurring services with an initial deep cleaning, which prepares your home for ongoing cleaning services to keep it spotless for a long time. Initial deep cleanings are charged an hourly rate. After the deep clean we will establish a flat rate for recurring cleanings as we will get to know the scope of work after the first cleaning. We are fully insured and bonded. Our proof of insurance is available upon your request. We’ll provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the cleaning so you can have a worry-free experience!

Deep cleaning services must be paid in cash, check, or Zelle/Chase Quick Pay to soseuroclean@gmail.com. Once the job is completed we will send you an invoice. Credit card payments are available per request (a 5% processing fee applies to online debit/credit card payments).

The payment is required on the day of service with NO exceptions. Delayed payment will result in late fees applied to your invoice ($15 for each 24h period after the invoice is issued).

Our late cancellation policy is minimum 48hrs prior to the booked appointment (for both deep cleanings and regular cleanings). Failure in providing long enough notice results in our crew losing work for the day. Therefore a $50 late cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellations less than 48hrs prior to the scheduled appointment.

Please note the minimum booking time for the deep cleanings is 4 man-hours.
