When is your wedding date? It is highly recommended that we schedule at least 2 or 3 appointments to ensure the style is to your liking, and most importantly that you don't get an allergic reaction.

How would you describe your natural lashes?

Have you had lash extensions before? If so, what style have you had and how long ago was your last set??

I understand the cost for a bridal set is standard and as follows - Full set: $250 (~2.5 hours), Fill set: $160 (~1-2 hours)

I understand a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per appointment is required to book.

I understand that if I need to cancel my appointments, my deposit will be forfeited. It will NOT be returned for any reason.

I understand that if I need to reschedule, it may not be guaranteed in time for my wedding date resulting in deposit being forfeited. Appointments cannot be rescheduled to AFTER the wedding date.

I understand that if I come to my appointment with existing lash extensions, there will be a removal charge of $25.

I understand that these appointments do not place me as an active member/client of Jennuine Artistry.
