We are always looking to grow - and that's where you come in! We are searching for a motivated Stylist Assistant to join our Salon Lucent family. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives on teamwork and wants to develop their talent in a fast-paced salon environment.

The Stylist Assistant will keep our dynamite salon team running smoothly and have an opportunity to learn from our experienced stylists.

The Stylist Assistant’s job duties will include:

- Welcoming guests to Salon Lucent and performing our check-in process

- Maintaining a sparkling salon environment in both the front and back of house

- Providing professional product recommendations to meet our guests’ individual needs

- Keeping the salon well-stocked by replenishing supplies from inventory

- Performing shampoo and blow-dry services

- Assisting stylists with color and extension services
