By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in fitness activities, including but not limited to yoga, barre, and other exercise classes at Aura Studios. I understand that these activities involve physical exertion and potential risks, and I am responsible for my own health and well-being during such activities.

Assumption of Risk:

I understand that participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries. I am aware of these risks and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Health Status:

I hereby certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions or physical limitations that would prevent me from participating in fitness activities. If I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate, I consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any fitness activities.

Release of Liability:

I release Aura Studios, its instructors, staff, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation in fitness activities. This release applies to any claims, demands, and actions, whether at the studio or at any other location where fitness activities take place.

Medical Emergencies:

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Aura Studios staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that Aura Studios will make reasonable efforts to contact the emergency contact listed above.

Photography and Videography:

I grant Aura Studios permission to take photographs and videos of me during fitness activities for promotional and marketing purposes. I understand that my identity will not be disclosed inappropriately, and my privacy will be respected.
