Application form for Qualified, Student and Trainee Members

The following is a list of questions that outlines the information required from those who wish to re-join the UKATA after a lapse/break in membership.

The information received will be assessed by TASC in relation to current UKCP/HIPC and EATA training requirements for trainees and current UKCP/HIPC and UKATA criteria for CPD for CTAs and above. Recommendations for any additional CPD may be made prior to re-registration with UKATA and UKCP (where appropriate). In the case of any outstanding ethics or professional practice formal complaints against the member, TASC will liaise with the Ethics and Professional Practice Committee (EPPC) of the UKATA.

Under exceptional circumstances it may be possible to backdate your membership for 1 year, this will mean you will also need to pay for the previous year’s membership in full.
