As a Customer Service Representative, or Customer Help Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the project that you'll be working on. Your duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the client and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.

Job Description will include:

-Providing introductory information to new customers -Answering phone call and text messages from the customers on behalf of our client -Desposition every call appropriately -Letting customers know about additional products or services -Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions by using the client resources -Escalating queries and concerns as needed to the correct department -Making sure to know and meet all of the client expectations -Reporting to Buzz Incc SRL of any issues you may be facing with the project and ask for assistance

Requirements:

-Strong communication skills: written and spoken -Basic computer skills: Ms Office, Internet, Google map, google doc, google sheet, -Typing skills (25 WPM or higher) -Confidentiality -Commited to work arround the client & our schedule -Previous call center experience is preferred but not strongly required
