RAW Scholarship Form 2024

The RAW Buying Group will be awarding scholarships to a total of 5 area students who will each receive a $2,000 scholarship award through this partnership of our companies.

Eligibility:

⦁ The 2024 graduating high school senior or current college student must be enrolled for the upcoming school year in an undergraduate degree program by an accredited college, university, or planning to attend a vocational or technical school.

⦁ The applicant, parent, grand parent, or legal guardian of the student must be an employee of a cooperative with a Cenex convenience store belonging to the RAW Buying Group serviced by Chambers & Owen, Inc.

⦁ Applicant must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale during their previous educational years.

Requirements:

1. Complete the application through this form or return MS Word Version to the RAW Buying Group along with all requested documents. Email to retail@rawbuying.com.

2. Attach a transcript from your high school or college through your most recently completed semester.

3. Include two letters of recommendation. (At least one should be from an employer, community leader, teacher or principal)

4. If you are awarded a scholarship, you will be asked to furnish a photograph of yourself for publication.

Deadline:

Applications, including all required data, must be submitted through this form or the MS Word version by June 30, 2024

Judging:

The RAW Buying Group Board of Directors has sole authority for granting scholarship awards. Scholarship recipients will be selected on the basis of academic performance, recommendations, essay question response, extra-curricular activities, employment experience and completion of application.

Finalists and their schools will be notified by July 31, 2024. All selections are considered final.
