A total of 100 hours are required for initial certification (10 years) and 50 hours for subsequent certification (5 years), all taken at some point during the current certification period, specific to child, adolescent, and/or young adult psychiatry. (Category I CME deemed not relevant to the clinical practice of Child, Adolescent, or Young Adult Psychiatry to be rejected and the Diplomate informed accordingly).
