Adjustments, Re-Do's & Refunds Satisfaction Policy: We will strive to give you the best service we can, but somtimes miscommunications can happen. Should you ever have questions, or need any adjustments to your cut or colour, Please reach out to us within 1 week to let us know to make an return appointment so we can remedy the problem. Should anyone other than the stylist that performed the original hair service perform any alterations or color adjustments to your hair, the offer to fix any issues becomes void.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. I appreciate you being 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we will have to reschedule you ( you will incur a fee) OR remove some portion of your appointment due to time constraints. We understand sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore, we require atleast 24 hours (no less) cancellation or rescheduling notice through our Facebook, Instagram, in person or by Phone Calls ONLY. Appointments are confirmed by text or call, and a confirmation will be sent out the day before your appointment. 24 hours or less notice and no showing on the day will incur a fee equal to 50% of your appointment. Because all services are reserved especially for you once booked, a cancellation fee will apply for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and an invoice will be sent to the email on file.
Once you have submitted your form we will be in touch to ask for inspiration photos and photos of your hair currently, then we will be able to book your appointment.
