Eligible Vendors:

🔘 Handcrafts: Handmade jewelry, clothing, pottery, artwork, etc. with an Arabic theme or origin. 🔘 Resellers of Arabic Goods: Importers and retailers of authentic Arabic products like clothing, spices, home goods, etc. 🔘 Bakeries: Freshly baked Arabic breads, pastries, and sweets. 🔘 Food Trucks: Arabic food trucks offering a diverse menu. 🔘 Food Vendors: A variety of Arabic cuisine, hot and cold dishes. Temporary permit is A MUST. Seattle Arab Festival Vendor Agreement

Payment: Space Rental: I agree to pay the space rental fee for my vendor booth by the deadline established by the Seattle Arab Festival (SAF). Sales Commission: In addition to the space rental fee, I acknowledge a 15% commission will be applied to my total sales during the festival. This commission payment is due to the Seattle Arab Festival before leaving premises on July 20th, 2025. For information regarding direct payment options through the SAF website, please contact the organizers. Cancellation Policy: In the event of vendor cancellation, the following policy shall apply: Cancellations submitted four (4) weeks prior to the event will result in a deduction of 20% from the paid rental fee. The remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations received less than four (4) weeks before the event will forfeit the entire rental fee payment. Waiver and Release of Liability: I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participation in the Seattle Arab Festival. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, the undersigned, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. I hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the festival. This Agreement is binding on all heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, volunteers, and personal representatives. I further agree to release and forever discharge the Seattle Arab Festival (SAF), its officers, agents, volunteers, and assigns from any and all liability or claims of any kind or nature, whether arising in law or equity, resulting from my participation in the Event. This release applies to any injury caused by negligence of the SAF, myself, third parties, venue conditions, or any other cause. Indemnification: I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Seattle Arab Festival from all claims, causes of action, costs, expenses, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from, or in any way connected with, my sponsorship of the Seattle Arab Festival. This includes claims alleging negligence by the Seattle Arab Festival. Media Release: I acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the Event. I grant permission to the Seattle Arab Festival and its authorized agents to utilize any media, including photographs, motion pictures, recordings, quotations, or any other record of the Event, for any legitimate purpose. Additionally, I consent to the Seattle Arab Festival using such media for any purpose, including advertising or promotion, worldwide and in perpetuity, in all forms of its publications. Respectful Conduct and Cooperation: As a participant in the Seattle Arab Festival, I agree to: Respect fellow vendors, festival attendees, and SAF staff members. Conduct myself and my business in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Comply with all festival rules and regulations as outlined in this agreement and any additional instructions provided by the SAF team on-site. Maintain a clean and organized booth space within the designated boundaries. Abstain from any activity that may disrupt the smooth operation of the festival or pose a safety hazard. Breach of Agreement: Violation of any provision within this Agreement may result in the immediate removal of the vendor and forfeiture of any paid fees.
