Notes for booking - Doc fees must be prepaid and are non refundable.  Late payment fee of $50 per unit will be assessed for all shipments not paid with 20 days of sailing. By completing and submitting this form to us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of transport that are listed on the back of the bill of lading. A copy of this can be faxed or emailed and is also available on our website: www.oceanems.com. Insurance is not included so please secure yourself and take adequate insurance.  "Unpacked and unprotected: ship not liable for dents, bends, scratches, bumps, pilferage, missing or removable fittings and/or accessories and damage whatsoever of any kind even if not noticed before shipment. All claims for Non-Runner and Forklift units are strictly denied, including missing keys.

Export Power of Attorney - Know all men by these presents, that the (FPPI / USPPI) (Name of Foreign Principal Party in Interest (FPPI) / U.S. Principal Party in Interest (USPPI) hereby authorizes Oceane Marine Shipping Inc (Forwarding Agent)of 407 East Maple Street, Suite 301, Cumming, GA  30040 to act for and on its behalf as a true and lawful agent and attorney of FPPI/USPPI for and in the name, place and stead of FPPI/USPPI, from this date, in the United States either in writing, electronically, or by other authorized means to: 

• Act as Forwarding Agent for Export Control, Census Reporting and Customs purposes. Make endorse or sign any Shipper’s Export Declaration or other documents or to perform any act which may be required by law or regulation in connection with the exportation or transportation of any merchandise shipped or consigned by or to the FPPI/USPPI and to receive or ship any merchandise on behalf of the FPPI/USPPI. 

• To do all things necessary to ensure compliance with all requirements pursuant to sec 19CFR192 of the US Customs regulations, including the use of Oceane Marine Shipping Inc. USA address for shipments of foreign buyers.

• The FPPI/USPPI hereby certifies that all statements and information contained in the documentation provided to the Forwarding Agent relating to exportation are true and correct. Furthermore, the FPPI/USPPI understands that civil and criminal penalties, may be imposed for making false or fraudulent statements or for the violation of any Untied States laws or regulations on exportation. 

This power of attorney is to remain in full force and effect until revocation in writing is duly given by the FPPI/ USPPI and received by the Forwarding Agent.
