BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. About these terms and conditions 1.1 In these terms and conditions "we", "our", and "us" refer to Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy and "you" and "your" refers to the delegate purchasing a Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy training course.

2. Booking your training course

  • 2.1 Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to decline admission to any of its training courses.
  • 2.2 Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to cancel or change planned training courses in terms of dates, locations, and course content. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any planning changes.
  • 2.3 Irrespective of circumstances, Natalie Page Aesthetic Academy accepts no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any models.

3. Paying for your training course

  • 3.1 You are required to pay a non refundable deposit for your course to secure your place on a course date.
  • 3.2 Should Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy need to cancel your appointment for unforeseen circumstances, your booking will be moved to another date and deposits will still be non-refundable.
  • 3.3 You may pay the outstanding balance for your training course by either cash or Bank transfer.
  • 3.4 Payment in full - you are required to pay the full outstanding balance owing for your course on the day of your training prior to leaving your training course premises.
  • 3.5 A mutually convenient training date will then be confirmed, this will also act as your confirmation of your deposit.
  • 3.6 Your course balance must be paid in full on the day of your training & this remains your personal responsibility. Failure to pay in full may lead to legal proceedings taken against you.

4. Canceling your training course booking

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Please see below our Terms & Conditions for how we handle cancellations and amendments, these rules also apply to sickness.

  • 4.1 Should you wish to cancel your booking your deposit will be forfeited as this is non refundable.
  • 4.1.2 Delegates may choose to independently arrange insurance to provide indemnity against possible cancellation. Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy do not provide any cancellation insurance, but are aware of Cancel sure Insurance, a company which specialises in insurance for training course cancellations (please be aware this does not constitute a recommendation and Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy cannot accept any liability for any insurance policy you choose to buy).
  • 4.1.3 Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy does not issue refunds for Acts of God.
  • An Act of God is defined as an event outside of human control such as sudden floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible.

This also includes weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods etc:

  • If Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy chooses to cancel a course due to an Act of God
  • then it is not liable for any loss resulting to the customer as a result of this canceled course.
  • Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy will make all reasonable effort to replace a canceled course by arranging an alternative date but this cannot be guaranteed. Where the majority of customers for that course have been affected, this will be made free of additional charge.

5. Amending your training course booking

  • 5.1 Should you wish to amend your booking by changing your course date, the following terms and conditions apply:
  • 5.1.1 Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy cannot guarantee you a place on your chosen alternative course date. If a place cannot be provided on your preferred date, you will be offered the next available date with capacity to accommodate you. Unfortunately, no other exceptions can be made.

7. Data Protection

  • 7.1 In booking a training course with Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy, you agree to use any data you submit in order to process your order and for future marketing purposes by Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy.
  • 7.2 Your details will not be transferred to any third party without your written consent.

8. Complaints

  • 8.1 Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy takes pride in the quality of its service and as such will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.
  • 8.2 Complaints about any aspect of Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy should be made in writing by emailing info@nataliepageaesthetics.co.uk.
  • 8.3 Complaints received in writing will be acknowledged by return email or letter within one week of receipt.

9. Models

  • 9.1 Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy can not be held responsible for no show of models
  • 9.2 A minimum of one model is required for the Advanced training and a minimum of two models for our Foundation training courses.

10. Learning agreement

  • 10.1 I have received information, advice and guidance to assess my suitability for this course and we reviewed my goals, expectations and the career progression options available.
  • 10.2 I fully understand the requirements of the course and understand the entry requirements and that any deposits paid are non-refundable.
  • 10.3 I have been made aware of the standards of practice expected from me, including behavior and disciplinary action and accept these as full conditions of accreditation 10.4 Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy aim to provide a Healthy & safe environment for you to learn in but I understand that I also play a part in taking responsible care in all activities to safeguard the health & safety of myself and others
  • 10.5 | understand that Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy have the right to revoke any certification as disciplinary if you are not abiding by the standards of practice set out.
  • 10.6 I will be diligent in my learning, attend classes and take exams as required to achieve the objectives needed to obtain my qualification
  • 10.7 I consent to being contacted by Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy or third party acting on their behalf, for the purposes of safeguarding
  • 10.8 I give my full consent to having photographs taken throughout my course to be used for promotional purposes on social media platforms linked to Natalie Page Aesthetics Academy and approved by third parties.

11. Standard Practice

Cosmetic treatments consist of non-surgical, non-incisional procedures that change the appearance, colour, texture or structure of bodily features to achieve what clients perceive to be more desirable. The client has a right to expect that the aesthetician offering the procedure does so in an appropriate environment and takes reasonable care in the delivery of the treatment from initial assessment to completion of the treatment including aftercare. I agree I have a duty to;

  • 11.1 Ensure I have the correct insurance and keep it updated when new procedures are added
  • 11.2 Seek and obtain consent at all stages during consultation, examination and treatment, and if the intention is to use client photographs for portfolio or advertising purposes
  • 11.3 Act in their clients best interests
  • 11.4 Use principles of ethics for decision making and balance beneficence and non-maleficence
  • 11.5 Give clients information in a way that is clear, concise and understandable and respect clients dignity and privacy
  • 11.6 Support the clients decision regarding treatment and offer advice and guidance while remaining impartial
  • 11.7 Keep professional knowledge and skills up to date
  • 11.8 Recognise the limits of their professional competence and only offer services within their scope of practice
  • 11.9 Aestheticians will strictly adhere to all usage instructions and guidelines provided by product and equipment manufacturers
  • 11.10 Wherever treatment takes place it should be suitably designed and safely maintained to ensure that risk to clients and staff is minimised
  • 11.11 Ensure that infection prevention and control is practiced in accordance with the latest professional guidance and legislation relevant to the facility
  • 11.12 PPE must be worn if required during treatment and all safety procedures followed when using sharps
  • 11.13 Ensure they are appropriately trained and competent to manage any complications that may arise during or after treatment. This may include resuscitation or the management of anaphylaxis
  • 11.14 Advertising complies with current codes of advertising standards
  • 11.15 Remain up to date with changing legislation and continue in your professional development.

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. By signing these conditions you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy. We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information you provide us: e-mail, address, telephone number
  • Information we collect about you: IP addresses
  • Information we received from other sources: advertising networks, credit reference agencies
