Terms & Conditions:

This is a BASIC DOG OBEDIENCE Class.
Classes meet once a week for approximately 1 hour.
A 7 day advance notice is required if you are going to miss a class in order to schedule a make-up lesson.
1 make-up lesson allowed per 6 week class.
Class Registration fee is non-refundable

Release of Liability:

I, As the legal owner of the pet mentioned above, do hereby waive and release (Tabby Carlson, Staff, The Doghouse LLC, and Affiliates) from any and all liabilities of any nature. I agree to take complete responsibility for the actions of my dog, myself & any additional individuals accompanying me, before, after and during class. At no time will the instructor of this class be liable or responsible for the actions of myself, my dog or any other person who accompanies me to class.
