This form is required to adopt a cat. Please fill it out. 3 Acres Rescue Adoption Application

The adoption fee for kittens and cats is $100 (covers full vetting, spay/neuter, and microchip).

Fees are payable (CASH PREFERRED) via PayPal (must select family or friends or the adopter is responsible for the fee), Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cash and must be paid at the time of Adoption unless previously discussed.

Submitting this application does not mean you are committing to a dog, nor does it guarantee you will get that dog. It is simply a tool we use to help both you and us identify a good potential match for your family and lifestyle.

A successful adoption depends on selecting the right Animal for your household and a good understanding of the Animal's needs and care requirements. If interested in adopting an Animal from 3 Acres Rescue, please help us by answering the following questions fully & completely. THANK YOU!

ADOPTION POLICIES: You must be 21 years of age or older to Adopt a Dog. All animals in your home Must be spayed or neutered (if one year of age or older, unless prevented by a health condition.) All members of the family must be present in order to adopt. We want to make sure it's a good fit for everyone! If you are planning on adopting a dog and already have an existing dog, we ask that you bring him/her to meet your potential new pet. Adopters must be willing to allow a 3 Acres Rescue representative to make a follow-up contact, either in person or by phone. If at any time you are unable to keep the pet or offer it proper care, it must be offered back to 3 Acres Rescue, before alternate arrangements are made. If the application passes this review, I agree to a home and yard visit on a mutually agreed date before an adoption decision is made. I agree to hold harmless, waive, and release from liability 3 Acres Rescue and Marliana Zahedi-Mullis, should I become sick or injured from any animals as a result of the meet & greet. Applications must be completed and approved prior to adopting an animal. If approved, an applicant must sign a contract to adopt an animal that outlines the responsibilities of the adopter. Every Animal Is Spayed or Neutered, up to date On Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, and tested for Heartworms/Lymes.

Please do not be discouraged by the questions in this application. We ask detailed questions to help us best match the perfect dog with the applicant. We consider the specific needs of each individual dog and strive to find the best possible home for them. Thank you for taking the time to complete our application.
