Background and Intent

It is the intent of the parties listed above to enter an agreement with Kiwi Parking to manage a certain amount of car parks that are either owned or managed by the host for the mutual benefit of both parties involved. Kiwi Parking will provide a software platform and supporting services for the management of the car park. The host will allow Kiwi Parking to manage the car park Exclusively, under the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Car Park Conditions

The host acknowledges and authorises Kiwi Parking to market their car parks provided. This includes the following:

Kiwi Parking administration required for management.
Manage all transactions regarding payment for parking.
Manage towing and enforcement services for the subject site.
Manage signage for the subject site.

Landlord Responsibilities

Landlord/Property Managers will incur site related expenses, including and not limited to
- Property rents, rates and expenses
- Lighting
- Property Cleaning

Car Park Pricing

The host authorises Kiwi Parking to set the price for the car parks they provide. This authorisation enables Kiwi Parking to change the price of the bays at any time in order to maximise the value of each bay. Kiwi Parking will notify the host if they change the price of the bays.

Kiwi Parking Fees & Terms

Host agrees to authorise Kiwi Parking to manage the subject site on a month-by-month basis

35% of the total revenue generated from each parking bay will be deducted and paid to Kiwi Parking.

65% of the parking revenue will be paid to the host in the nominated bank account the Host provides. This revenue will be paid in the first week of every month.

Variation

Any variation to this agreement shall be agreed in writing by the parties involved. This agreement shall continue until terminated by either party.

The Vendor must give 30 days notice to Kiwi Parking, if they wish to abolish or cancel the above agreement.
