If you have already taken the Kanban System Design (KSD or KMP-1) and applying what you've learnt for some time, you probably have collected observations and questions about how to address them. That's one of the signals you're ready for the next class, Kanban System Improvement (KSI, or KMP-2) and to complete the Kanban Management Professional program.
