Please fill the form out thoughtfully. You will be contacted whether or not your submission is accepted for publication within 5 business days of submission. Content chosen for publication is chosen based on whether it fits with the theme of the upcoming issue(s). Accepted content will be used within 12 months of acceptance. Contributors will be notified ahead of time in which issue their content will appear and will receive 5 copies of the issue for personal use and distribution. Only original content will be accepted. Accepted content will not contain advertising for products or services. Guest Contributors retain the rights to their content after publication in 1UV MONTHLY. No monetary compensation is offered to Guest Contributors. 1UV MONTHLY requires any content printed in 1UV MONTHLY be annotated in any future publication with "First published in [issue number here] of 1UV MONTHLY, 1uvgallerystudio.com/1uvmonthly."
