1. Grant of Rights: I, the undersigned model, hereby grant ErrbodysayCheese Photography by Dele the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or videos taken of me for the purpose of  advertising, marketing, promotion in any manner and medium, including but not limited to print, online, and social media.

2. Release and Waiver: I release and discharge  from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and/or videos.

3. Confidentiality: The model agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the photoshoot, including but not limited to trade secrets, processes, and business strategies of ErrbodySayCheese Photography by Dele.

4. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom

6. Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
