YOUR PUPPY’S CARE PRIOR TO PURCHASE: Your puppy has been socialized and loved by our family. Any immunizations or medications received prior to delivery will be conveyed via email (administration depends on puppy’s age and weight so it may vary between individual puppies). Please note, that no flea or deworming medication can guarantee that your puppy will stay free of parasites. We strongly recommend that you follow up with your vet once you have your puppy home. Establishing a good relationship with your puppy's veterinarian is an important first step in maintaining your puppy’s health. Please note that we do not pay vet bills that owners incur. We will not be responsible for care that you contract with another party.
YOUR PUPPY’S HEALTH GUARANTEE: Your puppy is guaranteed for 1 year against fatal congenital defects. If your puppy is diagnosed by a vet with a fatal congenital defect, a replacement puppy of equal value will be offered to you, as soon as possible, from the next available litter. No cash refunds will be made.
YOUR PUPPY’S IMMUNIZATIONS: Please check with your local vet to see what immunizations are necessary for your puppy. Until that time, your puppy is not 100% immune to diseases like parvo or distemper. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE SERIES TO CONFER FULL IMMUNITY. As such, you should not take your puppy out in public, (Petco, Lowes, ect.) or allow strangers to pet and handle your puppy until the series is completed. You should also avoid setting your pup on the ground where other dogs have been. A rabies vaccination and heartworm preventative is also required at 4 months in most jurisdictions. Failure to provide proper vet care or to follow up with immunizations will void the guarantee. Please note that vaccines are not always 100% effective, but they are the best protection medicine has to offer to protect your puppy from illness.
YOUR PUPPY’S GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT: Please note that we do our very best to estimate the size of each puppy using educated guesses that are backed up by years of experience in producing our dogs. However, no other warranties or guarantees are conferred, express or implied. We cannot guarantee size, as this can be affected by multiple factors that are beyond our control such as diet and exercise. Again, we do our very best to estimate size. We cannot guarantee eye color or coat color, as these colors can change and can be affected by diet, weather conditions, and age. Eye colors can change for up to a year. We receive letters regularly about how well our dogs behave and how laid back they are. However, we also cannot guarantee temperament because this can be affected by training, injuries, and hormones. (spaying and neutering can help!) We’ve had numerous puppies trained as therapy dogs and achieve CGC awards through the AKC (We are not affiliated with the AKC).
OTHER EXPECTATIONS: You agree not to resell, rehome, or euthanize your puppy without offering us the right of first refusal. We agree to welcome any puppy back to our home no matter what. We never want any of our puppies to end up in a shelter.
By accepting a puppy, you agree not to perform a chargeback and you agree that you are using a card you have permission to use. By completing the purchase, you are agreeing to our terms. Please note that puppies will not be held beyond 8 weeks of age (unless otherwise expressed) and puppies are not considered reserved until full payment for the pup and delivery are made. This agreement is enacted under the jurisdiction of Henderson County, NC
