While the Company understands you may need to be absent from work for a variety of legitimate reasons, absenteeism, and tardiness, even for good reasons, burdens your fellow employees and hinders our operations. For that reason, excessive unexcused absenteeism and tardiness will not be tolerated.

If you are going to be late or absent from work for any reason, you must personally notify your supervisor no less than one hour prior to the beginning of your shift, so that arrangements can be made to handle your work during your absence. Absences exceeding three (3) consecutive days will require a physician’s note.
