By participating in Divine Empowerment Church's Baptism Sunday Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in the baptism service, including any associated activities, may involve risks such as slips, falls, or other types of injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
2. Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that any slips, falls, or any type of injury that may occur during the baptism service are your own responsibility. You agree that you will not hold Divine Empowerment Church, its staff, volunteers, or any associated entities liable for any injury or harm that you may experience.
3. Release of Liability: By participating in this event, you release and discharge Divine Empowerment Church, its leaders, employees, and volunteers from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or connected with any injury or damages that may occur during the Baptism Sunday Service.
