Detailed description of your piece (IMPORTANT NOTICE).

Here at WBA Art, the visual arts we create are important to us as well as the impact they will have on the world.  We pride ourselves on creativity with the expectation that any piece we create will exist in longevity and constructive use.

With that being said, we will not service commissions dealing with these things,

(up to the artists discretion):

-drug/drug use/alcohol use

-guns/gun violence

-the promotion of violence

-the promotion of negativity

-lewd/lascivious behavior including women or men

If you feel your request may deal with some of these things and still includes a strong message aligning with the values of WBA Art, please still include it in your description and we may be able to work around it.

(If description is left too vague, you will be sent a follow-up email requesting more clarity of your piece before beginning).

Digital Art Bundle Pricing

All digital pieces that are pictures with characters (5 or more) [Max. 7] will be $600 per piece (sent as PNG(s) or JPEG(s) upon request) with an order minimum of (2) or $1200 total, and so on.

All digital pieces that are not logos or advertisements will be $400 per piece (sent as PNG(s) or JPEG(s) upon request) with an order minimum of (2) or $800 total, and so on.

All digital pieces that are logos or advertisements will be $200 per piece (sent as PNG(s) or JPEG(s) or EPS(s) upon request) with an order minimum of (2) or $400 total, and so on.

All digital pieces that are page illustrations for a children's book will be $200 per page (sent as PNG(s) or JPEG(s) or PDF(s) upon request) with an order minimum of (4) pages or $800 total, and so on (front and back cover included).

Important Disclaimer (Digital Art Bundle)

For all digital art pieces we require a non-refundable down payment of 20% before any process of the art is started.  An invoice with your total price and downpayment option will be sent to your email within 24 hours of your form being received.

After the downpayment is sent, expect an email* response from us, detailing your works estimated completion and return date (14 day average turnaround), or if there is a queue list, we will inform you of the estimated wait time before starting your piece (we thank you in advance for your patience).

After the work is completed within the 14-21 day period, your art will be sent as a result of the rest of the 80% being paid within 48 hours by 7pm MST**.  If this is not the case and payment is sent after the established 48 hours or not at all, we will unfortunately have to delete your piece, and/or reserve the right to repurpose it.

*There is always a possibility that our response email may not reach you and be sent to SPAM or junk mail, we encourage vigilance and patience through this process, thank you.

**If there are any issues with payment within the 48 hours, contact our email admin@wbaart.com at least 24 hours before payment is due.

Process/Aftermath

We'd like to thank you again for choosing us!  Our process is entirely personal, so we want to bring you along the entire journey of your piece, from rough sketches and outlines, to color decisions and the final piece for you to greenlight!  (Edits completed during the entire process will be limited to 10 maximum).
