This change is designed to streamline and automate the billing process, making it easier and more convenient for you to manage your payments. With this new system, you can pay your bills online or in person. As a result, you will no longer receive physical invoices for these services but will instead receive electronic invoices via email every month, ensuring you have a clear record of your transactions.
Please note customers will continue to receive invoices via mail for all other city services, including water, sewer, and environmental.
