Event Tables - Volunteer at community events to pass out literature, sell merch., and inform the community about the latest OHMTEC news!
2024 Gala Volunteer - Serve on the 2024 Gala Planning Committee
Volunteer Docent - Give tours of the musuem. Handbook and training will be provided.
House Cleaning - With the increase of museum tours and events- the home is in need of more frequent cleaning (vacuuming, dusting). Volunteer House Cleaning can be done with a group as a one time activity or you can choose to join our "on call" list of volunteer house cleaners. Cleaning supplies and equiptment will be provided.
Gardening and Weeding - Help to maintain Highland Farm's gardens and landscape.
Donation of Services - You will be asked to describe the services you would like to donate in the next question.
Fundraising - Donate time towards fundraising, grant writing, and/or run a fundraiser for the museum.

Friends of Hammerstein

The Friends of Hammerstein is a dedicated club of volunteers who meet once a month to support the Oscar Hammerstein Museum & Theatre Education Center. Meetings are held at the Oscar Hammerstein Museum and Theatre Education Center. Each meeting includes a brief overview of upcoming events and volunteer opportunitites, a discussion of ongoing projects, and a planning session for future initiatives. Social time and networking opportunities follow the formal meeting.
