I agree not to pursue any legal action against J. Lanea Designs or Jocelyn L. Broughton in the event of any situation that may potentially warrant it.
I certify that I am physically capable of lifting at least 20 lbs and will perform volunteer tasks within my physical capabilities.
I understand that I am not obligated or expected to receive monetary compensation beyond any acts of kindness or gestures of appreciation that may be extended to me.
