The Hive is Middle-Stage Made FUN by connecting women through social, educational, service and travel opportunities. Additionally, everything the Hive does supports a monthly charity. We like to say, "Social, with a purpose."

Hive Chapter Start Up Criteria:
Organized leaders that have a passion for connecting women in the middle-stage through social, educational, service and travel events.
You should:
- Love your community and be eager to explore all there is.
- Enjoy planning fun events while giving back to your community.
- Be committed to serving & supporting women in the middle-stage.
You will be a part of:
- Creating a FUN and inclusive space for middle-stage women in your local community.
- Supporting local charities through donation drives, service projects and educational opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with the Hive Support Team to create quality events.
- Connecting with other Hive Chapter Leaders through ongoing training.
- An incentive program that rewards your hard work!
What is required of you:
- Coordinate all of the start-up needs with the Hive Support Team.
- Maintains local social media accounts with assistance from the Hive Support Team.
- Organize and host approximately 4 events per month (plenty of ideas provided).
- Communicate effectively with the Hive Support Team with required deadlines & information.
- Have FUN and work to ensure that everyone feels welcome and engaged!
What The Hive Support Team provides:
- Assistance with start-up needs – vetting meeting location, social media templates & website.
- Chapter Lead training for start-up as well as ongoing.
- Social Media graphics for monthly events for use on your local social media accounts.
- A wide range of event and service archives for ideas for your market.
- A Hive Support Team that will assist with member communication, website, and more.
- Icebreakers and techniques to build connection, community and FUN!
- National Travel opportunities for you to promote to your chapter.
- National online speakers that can be added to your monthly events calendar.
