49th Apple Butter Festival Parade Application

This application is now closed, sorry! The theme for the 49th Annual Apple Butter Festival Parade is: Morgan County Traditions & Legends! There is no entry fee! In order to comply with our Department of Highways permit and the regulations of our insurance policy, please see the following: 1. The number of parade entries is limited to 75. (We will create a wait list for any entries over 75.) 2. An entry is considered to have 5 or less floats/vehicles. 3. Entries will be taken on a first come, first serve basis! (So get those entries in as soon as you can.) 4. No animals will be allowed in the parade this year. (The exception to this rule is law enforcement and service animals.) We can't wait to see what wonderful floats and entertainment our theme will inspire this year! If you have any questions, please call the Chamber of Commerce office at 304-258-3738. Thank you!

Please note that participants are NOT permitted to switch parade line-up spots or to stop and perform without permission from the Parade coordinators.

By working together to reduce delays, we can keep things running smoothly, ensuring that all participants and spectators have a great time while also maintaining safety and accessibility for the broader community.  This includes, but is not limited to, keeping a steady distance to the entries in front of you at all times, and not stopping along the way.  Failure to comply may result in the loss of our Parade permit.
