It is understood that I am pledging my crypto as collateral and not for sale use. I understand that the interest of my loan may vary based on my collateral deposit.

It is further understood that I am receiving up to 70% LTV and this LTV will vary depending on my jurisdiction.

Furthermore, it is further understood that I have not been influenced, coreced or forced to engage in this service. I am participating at my own free will and understand that my assets are mine.
