It is up to the artist's discretion if a consultation is needed prior to the actual appointment.
Consultations are free and can be either in person or virtual.
Official booking for date and time will be discussed after initial inquiry with the artist. (Please allow 2-3 days for a response as Rommy will be handling her booking while also tattooing!)
This is only a service inquiry, not an official booking and not all client inquiries may be accepted at this time.
All PMU procedures require a 1/3 deposit within 24hrs of the official booking.
The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Deposits will be taken via Zelle or Venmo. All deposits go towards the final cost of the procedure to be paid the day of either in cash or card.
