This is an indoor and outdoor show in the auditorium. Indoor space is 6ft and outdoor space is 10x10.

NO EARLY DEPARTURES

• Limited electricity is available indoors only -  Annotate on application if you require electricity. An additional charge may apply.
• The collection and reporting of NYS Tax is the responsibility of the vendor.
• Please return your application with check – make out to Lily Dale Assembly, in memo section Funfest June 2025
• You may also fill out the form and email it to Marketing@Lilydaleassembly.org and complete your payment online.
• There is no gate fee, and it is open to the public.

• I acknowledge that I have read the application and that I understand that if I have misrepresented my work or violate any of the regulations, Lily Dale Assembly may remove objectionable items or revoke my privilege to participate without refund. If asked to leave the show, I forfeit participation in future events.
• My representatives and I agree to hold harmless Lily Dale Assembly, its directors, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability from injury, property damage, or loss which may arise in connection with my participation in the Craft Show.
• I understand that I am responsible for limiting the size of my booth area to the size approved by Lily Dale Assembly Chairperson and/or Committee prior to the festival.
• I understand that I am responsible for properly parking my vehicle and trailer.
• I understand that I must clean my area prior to departure.
• NO POLITCAL ITEMS
• NO READINGS OF ANY TYPE/AURA DRAWINGS/CHARTS

Lily Dale Assembly reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason. The decision is final.
