FIB H2B Application Process:
To optimize efficiency and enhance the applicant experience, our H2B program now features an online application portal, aligning with our operational modernization objectives and anticipated to reduce processing timelines.
The subsequent outline delineates the procedural stages from application submission to employment commencement within the United States.
1. To apply, navigate to our website, where the application link is provided, or locate the application form on our Facebook page.
2. Accurate completion of the form is the next step; please be aware that it doubles as an eligibility form to verify your fulfillment of program requirements.
3. Once eligibility is established, candidates who have been successfully shortlisted will be informed via email.
4. Shortlisted candidates' resumes will be submitted to the employer, with potential follow-up interviews in certain instances.
5. In the event of a successful selection, the employer will present a job offer.
6. Following that, completion of the VISA application form will be necessary to obtain the DS160 document.
7. The DS160 document will be forwarded to the US embassy together with your passport and photographs for visa processing. Upon approval, your employer or agency will proceed with making travel arrangements.
