Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Vermont Literacy Network’s Once Upon a Story event! Please complete the following registration form to apply for an activity station or a booth in our Fairytale Marketplace. By submitting this form, you confirm your intent to comply with event guidelines and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, especially regarding safety, liability, and food handling (as applicable).

Select and rank your top three desired fairytale themes for your activity station from the following list: - Jack and the Beanstalk - Goldilocks and the Three Bears - Princess and the Pea - Tortoise and the Hare - Three Little Pigs (unavailable) - Little Red Riding Hood - The Boy Who Cried Wolf - Town Mouse and Country Mouse - Hansel and Gretel - Princess and the Pea - Thumbelina - Rapunzel - Cinderella - Humpty Dumpty Fairytale activity themes are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Vermont Literacy Network will review your selections and confirm availability in 1-3 business days.

Licensing and Permits

Booth Requirements and Agreement
Costumes and Decor (Activity Vendors): Costumes or themed attire related to your selected fairytale are mandatory. Booth decor should enhance the theme and create an immersive experience. Setup and Teardown: Vendors must complete setup between 8:00-9:00AM and must not dismantle booths until after the event concludes at 2:00PM. All booths must be dismantled before 3:00PM. Safety: All vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe environment at their booths, particularly food vendors, who must adhere to all food safety regulations. Liability: Vendors are responsible for the security of their booths, including products, equipment, and personal property. Public Domain Restrictions: Vendors may only use general fairytale characters or themes in public domain. Specific elements from copyrighted adaptations (e.g., Disney) are prohibited.
