PROGRAM FEE and Options (Residential or Non Residential )

Please select your package options (Residential or non-Residential) Groups of the Summer Intensive Program 2025: 12-14 year olds and 15-17 year olds. Please note, your group assignment will be based on your age, technical and artistic skills and communicated with the acceptance letter. You will receive all payments details via email.

Group 1 – Age 12-14 - Boys/Girls

Option A - Including Summer Program  all classes with activities, and full boarding accommodation (14  nights , single room ,breakfast, lunch and dinner) - refer to summer intensive presentation page for information.

Option B -    This option Includes the Summer Program classes  with lunch (mandatory )at dorms with all students.

GROUP 2  : 15-17  Boys/Girls

Option B -    This option Includes the Summer Program classes  with lunch (mandatory )at dorms with all students.

Optional Service:

Pick-up from / to Airport  (Brussels Airport Zaventem/ Dorm: 130 € (only for non accompanied students only). This service can be arranged upon request for Arrival & Departure and ensure a safe transfer for students who choose this servica.  We offer a personalized airport pick-up service carried out by our staff driver. The student will be met at the airport and taken directly to the boarding school. Depending on the arrival times or any potential flight delays, the student will always be kept informed. Please provide Flight number, Airline Company & hours in the “myTravel sheet” that you will receive with the Student Portfolio after acceptance letter.  Important Note : No Pick-up form Charleroi Airport. 

In case you opt for UM status  ( mineur non accompagné, this will require an additional Fees as Identity card  of our Staff driver must be provided and it will booka staff driver for this specific escort. 

Professional Training Program Audition

If you want to participate in the audition held during the Summer Program, detailed information will be provided after the acceptance of your application form. Please read carefully the General Conditions on our website. The academic year starts on September 1th, 2025.

Only students between the ages of 15 and 19 as of 21 July 2025 are eligible for the audition. We encourage to read the section Professional Training Program in the website brussels international ballet : PTP

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Enrollment: 

Availability is limited. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis (completed registration form + acceptance + confirmed payment/deposit) until the maximum number of participants has been met.

Full Board Option - Residential Students

Includes full board, single room, security personnel, chaperon at dorms, Wi-Fi, spacious complete bathroom, entertainment room at dorms, and excursions on Sunday.

Students arriving at the dormitories on Sunday, 20 July, will be provided with dinner only at 19:00. There will be no lunch service.

- Lost Keys: A fee of 25 € in cash will be imposed for lost dorm keys.

- Bedding: A mandatory fee of 45 € in cash is required upon arrival for the dormitory package, which includes pillows, a duvet, and sheets.

Arrivals / Departure - Residential Students 

  • Check-in : Sunday, 20 July, from 12:00 PM UTC onwards. The dormitory doors will remain closed until this time. Please schedule your flight to coincide with the dormitory check-in time.
  • Check-out  : Sunday 03 August 11:00 AM . Students are required to vacate the dormitories by  11; 00 PM UTC , the latest.

Non-Residential:  

  • Check-in :  Monday 21 July 08:30 
  • Check-out : Saturday 02 August (after Gala)

Classes:  

The Brussels International Ballet will organize groups according to the participants' age and skill level. This grouping decision is made solely by the BIB leadership and is final. Group levels will be finalized on the first day of the Summer Intensive Program. The complete schedule of courses will be provided to all students on the first day and announced in the Facebook Private Group.

Lunches:

Meals not consumed during the stay will not be refunded.

Insurance/Health:

Insurance is mandatory. Parents are required to submit their child's necessary insurance policy and health plan for participation in the Summer Intensive Program, ensuring full coverage for any accidents or damages incurred or inflicted during the stay. Proof of insurance must be presented to the school prior to the start of the Summer Program. The organizers are not liable for any injuries or property damage sustained or caused by any participant during the program.

Indemnity:

The participant agrees to indemnify Brussels International Ballet against any injuries or damage to persons, loss of life, or loss or theft of property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise while participating in the activities provided throughout the program and associated activities from registration.

Payment Conditions

Details & bank account for the transfer will be provided in the acceptance letter.. To finalise your registration and guarantee your place in the Summer Program,

  •  Residential students :   50%  deposit is required upon receiving  acceptance confirmation to secure the student's spot in dorms. 
  • Non residential students  : Full fees upon receipt of the acceptance letter and invoice. A 60% deposit can be also considered if required.

Deposit is non-refundable as it reserves the student's place. 

Date line for final payment is 15  March 2025

Cancellation by Participant or Early Departure:

No refund will be granted in any circumstances, due to limited spacing. Once a place has been accepted, it will not be refilled by another participant. In case of injury or illness, and only with a medical certificate, you will receive a credit that you can use for the next summer session. No withdrawal will be considered. . 

Traveling Restrictions:

Please always refer to the traveling restrictions that might be applicable from your country of origin to and from Belgium on the Belgium government website.
